The Home School Communication Book is required to be brought to school everyday!! Especially Mondays. Once the home note has been read can you please sign it as a parent/caregiver.
HOMEWORK REQUIREMENTS
Spelling
10 minutes a night Monday - Thursday or equivalent.
You need to learn commonly misspelt and essential list words.
You have both of these in your books - remember to learn the words you do not know.
You have three sheets, explaining three different ways to learn your words - use all three or a different one each week or just use one.

Reading
I need to read to my reading goal, which is recorded on my reading log in the back of my homeschool book. When I have filled my log up I take it to Mrs Leslie.
If I do not have any books at home to read, I take a book home from my group reading box.
Mathematics
As we cross group for numeracy some students will have different requirements.
For general class revision each student has a stage sheet in their books. They can revise any of the add/sub, mult/div and props/ratios sections at least twice a week.
