Sun Mar 19 08:26pmHello Families,
Our school emails have been down since Friday afternoon. All is resolved now, But this has meant that all emails sent to ‘@hds.school.nz’ emails have not been received between Friday afternoon and Monday morning 9am. This also means that all phone messages or absentee alerts sent in via SchoolApps or the school website have also not been received during this time – as these are set up to be received into the school office email.
Can we please ask that you resend any emails to staff members (including the School Office) that were sent since midday Friday.
Can we also please ask that you either re-submit your absentee message or register your child’s absence through the absentee button on your HERO home page.
Please feel free to call us at the School Office if you have any questions: 09 412 5042
Thank you for your cooperation and we apologise for any inconvenience.
Kind regards,
